RETURN POLICY 

How To Return An Item?

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You can return the item within 28 days of your purchase. The cost of shipment are at your own expense.

To Return An Item

Please email to inform us about your:
1. intent to return indicate which items you wish to return
2. refer to your invoice number; and
3. the reason for returning your items.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Refund

We will refund the amount for the returned product as soon as possible, but generally within 14 days after revocation. We are allowed to wait with refunding the relevant amount until we have received and inspected all items returned.
