What are the cost of delivery?

The cost of delivery are charged to you separately. These cost are calculated and indicated once you have left your shipping address in the order form. The delivery cost are a flat rate. We use 2 flat rates. One for small to medium sized items. And one for large items (100cm and beyond). The cost for delivery differ from country to country within Europe. For deliveries outside Europe we have allocated a one size fits all flat delivery rate.

Which carriers do you use?

We use various carriers ranging from DHL, TNT, DPD to Post NL.

How soon will I receive the items I ordered?

Once we receive your order, we will pack it with the greatest care. We will then hand it over to a carrier, to deliver it to you. We do our best to get the ordered with you as soon as possible. It may take up to 14 days.
